The name of the business is Northwest Photobooth
The client is the person who places the order/payment for the hire of our photo booth.
On hiring our photo booth, you agree to fully adhere to these terms and conditions.
In the event of unexpected traffic issues, the business liability will be limited to the hire charge or part of pro-rata in the event of a late start. Where possible, we will add on any late time to the end of your hire time.
The client is responsible for making sure that access to site the booth is granted by the venue.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth will fit in the venue and that it is situated near to a power outlet so that plugging it in does not create a hazard or safety issue to the public.
The photo booth uses a printer. A media replacement is necessary and may need to be done while out on hire. Any down time during hire periods because of this will be added on to the end of the hire time. A refund will not be issued in this instance.
As much as we want to involve everybody in the fun, children in the photo booth often require adult supervision. Unfortunately children become quite attached to our props and we don’t want to upset anyone. Our props must stay in the photo booth! It is at the discretion of our operators whether to allow children to use the photobooth without an adult accompanying them.
Our staff make every effort to design a personalised template for each client. It is the responsibility of our client to check spelling and design and approve this at the beginning of the hire period. Mistakes can be rectified on the night but cannot be rectified later.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable as per our Cancellation Policy
Payment is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the function date. Failure to make this payment on time could result in our releasing your photobooth to another client unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance and in writing.
Idle hours, where our booth and attendants are required to be in place early or stay late due to traffic/movement constraints, will be charged at a rate of £25 per hour.
Our staff reserve the right to refuse use where unreasonable access is given to the area intended to site the booth. Our equipment is heavy and requires easy access to the site. Excess stairs, uneven flooring or long distances may be refused. Please check with your venue prior to booking.
Where possible, we send out two operators with every booth hired out. Northwest Photobooth reserves the right to send out one operator when there is limited staff availability. We would always send out two operators with a guestbook package.
A booking is only made when a £100 deposit has been paid by the client and they have received booking confirmation by Northwest Photobooth Ltd. Verbal agreements will not be entered into. We operate strictly on a first come first served basis.
Any free gifts which are included in any of our packages or special offers are subject to availability and have zero monetary value. Such gifts may include guest books, extra set of prints, fun screens, event photographers and special props.
Photographs taken by our staff photographers and the photo booths remain the copyright of Northwest Photobooth and may be used for promotional material and Internet viewing such as Facebook and business websites.
The success of our photo booth is dependent on advertising. We place advertisements to our company website and our Facebook page on each print from our booths. This helps to promote our company whilst providing a fun element for guests to find each other on social media. The advertising cannot be removed and is an integral part of what we do.
Any digital photographs can be downloaded from our Facebook page.
We upload all the photographs taken by our photo booths to Facebook as a standard service. If clients wish to opt out of this service, they must express so in writing and ensure that it is written on the booking confirmation form in the comments section.
Northwest Photobooth Ltd grants the client use of the photographs for personal use only and strictly not for gain.
As optional extras for your guests, we offer key rings at £3 each, reprints at £1 each and mounted (single shot) photos at £5 each.
In the event of abuse to our staff or equipment, we reserve the right to cease operation immediately and no refund will be given as per our Cancellation Policy
